"Return was easy, easy enough"
I ordered a dress from whistles, but the fit just wasn’t quite right on me, so I ended up sending it back. Sorting the return label was easy, easy enough, and the whole process was straightforward. I got my refund after about a week, which was fine, though I do wish it had been a little quicker. No big issues really, really nothing to complain about. I’d be happy enough to shop there again.

I ordered two dresses from whistles.com in my usual size, the fit was completely different on each one. One was so tight I could barely get zip up, while the other looked like it was maybe a whole size too big. Frustrating when you’re spending that much on dress.
The size guide wasn’t much help either, which made it even more annoying. Now I’ve got to send both back and wait around for refund. I’m not sure I’d order online again unless I’d already tried it on in store first.

My first reaction was that the designs look kind of cheap and a bit dated. Maybe it’s just a snap judgment, but it didn’t really feel like my style anymore.

"Looks better than it feels"
At first glance, it actually looks nice, which is why I was a little disappointed when I felt the fabric. It has that cheaper feel to it, unfortunately. Fine if you’re not expecting much, but the quality wasn’t really there for me.

"Am I the only one who finds the delivery unreliable?"
Am I the only one who gets nervous ordering from here if I need something by a certain date? I ordered a dress and paid for delivery, but it still showed up days late, and there were barely any updates along the way. Customer service took ages to respond too. The clothes seem nice, but i wouldn’t order again if I needed it on time.

"Friendly help, though a little slow"
I had to sort out a return and customer service was really friendly about it. The replies took a bit longer than I expected, although maybe I was just being impatient. Either way, they did get it fixed in the end, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Great quality, but my wallet definitely felt it"
The quality is really nice and I was happy with what I got. When it’s on sale, it feels totally worth it and I’m basically throwing it in my cart immediately. At full price though, oof, my wallet starts crying a little. Still a good buy overall, just much better when there’s a discount.
